The second day of MN Renewable Now’s Youth Leadership Conference where we will bring together High School Juniors and Seniors for leadership training in partnership with Kid Wind, Fresh Energy, Climate Gen, MNIPL, Youth Climate Strike, University of Minnesota’s CURA and UROC, and REcharge Labs. This will be a two-day training where youth will attend breakout sessions, panel discussions, lectures and hands-on workshops to; understand the urgency to implement renewable energy into our energy grid, how renewable energy works, ways they can participate in renewable energy now, and how they can advocate for renewable energy with their state legislatures, and city and county elected officials.
